Genre- horror
Narrative-Beth Raymond (Shannyn Sossamon) is terrified by the deaths of four friends, three of which she personally witnessed, after they received chilling phone calls apparently from themselves in the future, showing the exact time of their deaths.
Target audience- (PG)13
Music- The music keeps the audiece in suspence. The music is creepy and eerie and builds tension to what is going to happen next. It draws audience in and gets a lot more dramatic nearer to the end.
shot types- close up of the cellphone and the faces to show peoples emotions. There is also a close up of the candy that falls out of the victims mouths cause it has an importance in the storyline.
Pace- starts slow but as it gets to the climax it speeds up and more action takes place making it more dramatic.
Dialogue- when there is conversation between the characters.
Special effects/ credits and intertiles- The writing that is included in the begining to show a brief description of the story line.
